So... My little project ;

Original idea was based on a clan i participated in while playing in IntHoN. Ludus Novicious (or Novice school) catered to lower and mid tiered players who struggled to breach the nasty 1500-1650 PSR range. In concept it was really simple. Get a bunch of beginners, stick them in a clan with a few pros, get the pros to teach, see what develops.

So basically thats what ive done. But wow... Results have been quite unexpected. The DawN clan [DwN], the section catering to the lower/mid tiered players has grown immensely, requiring me to promote new officers every once in awhile in order to handle tryouts for people wishing to become part of the DwN family.

The DusK clan [DsK] too has grown. Starting from just a tag spoken about in hushed tones in channel to being something fully fledged and running. It has been really quite rewarding watching new players grow.

FadedExile for one, came in with very little grasp of game mechanics and strategy, but now.. Up into the next PSR range bracket and constantly improving.. HDub, Kimkiyeon, Enkidu, all have shown nice improvement and they're just the tip of the iceberg. This training school clan truly has exceeded my expectations and has proven to be an excellent light shedder in the HoN community.
