It's been a while since I last posted a blog entry. I kinda like to post my thoughts here though instead of it being an article. It's more... Unofficial.
Chengdu is reallllly cold for a Malaysian like me, at 10 degress celcius at night with slight rain and wind. Anyway it's the first time I've been to such a grand gaming event like this so it was very exciting to me, and the best part is getting to know our players, all who are very fun to spend time together with.
Woke up in the afternoon and I was like WTF I'm late for the AIG morning games, though to my relief it's only FIFA and NFS taking place in the morning while CS1.6 takes place in the afternoon. Since I missed my breakfast I called the hotel reception to order a 22cm Beefy Pizza. The menu here in Hanoi Pacific Hotel is really plentiful and reasonably priced - costs only USD6.50 for the pizza I just ordered.
And it tasted absolutely delicious.
Arrived early in the morning in Hanoi, Vietnam today. Met June from the Vietnamese proA clan here and got to know some new friends. Explored around the stadium and it was quite nice, albeit the lack of population inside, which shall change as the opening ceremony of the Asian Indoor Games 2009 for E-sports is at 8am tomorrow morning.
Spending my time with my Vietnamese friends, going through the carefree lifestyle here was very enjoyable - it's a total different experience.
