Tunneling Claws now also increases burrowed regeneration rate from 5 to 10.

Bug Fixes

Map Publishing: the default Battle.net host now points to the correct server.
Time Expiration notices that were added for testing of the Guest Pass functionality have been removed.
Fixed a crash when trying to open an old replay by double-clicking it in Explorer.
Fixed a bug where Ultralisk splash damage was not being properly reduced against armored units. 

The Archon has acquired a buff but its doesn't do much to entice Templar tech over robotics tech where the high templars are the desired units. Lower ground damage by Vikings is probably to reduce the strength of pure mass vikings in TvT. Zerg roaches are now of greater use in their role of tanking damage, the ultralisk a lot cheaper and effective with the speed upgrade removed and hp buff. I think the main thing to test ultralisks now is just simply maps. We'll see more testing of the ultralisk to see if its enough but already some says that it is now. We will see.
