Very nice explaination by YKL. I think General Khye got this idea because local cybercafes do sponsor more than one team (especially Dota - e.g cybertime 1, cybertime 2). Do keep in mind though that we are NOT a sponsor and we're a multigaming organization. Do you see famous organizations have second teams? Fnatic2? or Sk2 (pun intended)?
So, yes. DuskBin2 is completely pointless.

Yes, that is usually the way we try to find talents from that squad. It will be hard for us tho as we will have to see everyone's playing, skill-wise, teamwork and of course personality.

There might be a chance for us to have a second division for Sudden-Attack DuskBin team but as of how I look at it, it is completely pointless to make a second squad (In this case, Duskbin2). Sorry, but I will have to agree with Yongkailoon and say no to this

It is okay General Khye i do get your point and i do get where your coming from, thank you for your support but i do not think that there will be another DuskBin squad or academy etc. anytime soon. Maybe in the future we might do so but for now play hard go pro!

How would an academy benefit DuskBin? Even if we want to establish an academy, we will also do it with the main team, what qualifications do you have to actually train others? Also, if you just want to train those who cannot join DuskBin, why don't you come up with your own squad with your own name? I don't get the point that you die also insist to use the DuskBin name.
Honestly, i wanna create this new squad is not for tornament. Is just to use this squad for training those ppl who cant joined DuskBin. If you all dun like to name DuskBin2, can name it DuskBin|Academy. Please discuss this! OK ?

To be honest, you being impatient already spoils everything, its such a turn off.
Secondly, instead of asking like "Is it possible to create a second team DuskBin2?" then why not you come up with something more constructive? Propose what benefit would it do to have DuskBin2? From what I can see, it is pointless to even create a second team.
Its pointless because if you say its to have a second team for tournament, existing DuskBin squad members can also go to tournaments should you like but of course you are not included in the sponsorship deal. Should the team see the need for more people in the squad, the squad will be expanded to have bigger capacity as well.
From what I see and the desperation you're showing together with your impatient attitude, its like you just want the bragging rights that you're the leader of the DuskBin2 team bla bla bla...
No offense dude, although I don't make the decision whether or not it is allowed but from my point of view, it really is pointless.
Here's my reply for u bro, pls be patient and wait for their answers/ replies. If they're not replying, prob they're disccussing bout it or out for cny/ vday celebrations. :)
